AAfter completing the qualification, you will be able to identify the organisational levels and master data that support the Purchase to Pay Business processes within SAP and learn the every day functions of being able to create a Purchase Requisition for stock and consumable materials. You will also learn to construct and process Purchase Requisition to a Purchase Orders, Change and Display a Purchase Orders and also Post a goods receipt into unrestricted use and quality inspection.

As you progress, you will be able to list the different stock types and enter a Transfer Posting. Enter a vendor’s invoice and Post a manual outgoing vendor payment. Use and Identify the reporting and analysis tools used in procurement.

Towards the end of the training, you will be able to explain and understand the difference between stock transfers and transfer postings allowing you to explain the warehouse functionality involved with posting a goods receipt against a purchase order with subsequent posting, describe physical inventory procedures within the SAP ERP System
