ABOUT THE COURSE

This entry level SAP HCM Job Ready Program will allow you to gain the skills required to use the SAP system from an HR and Employee Onboarding aspect. It will take you through the basic introduction of the employee life cycle and how you would process this in a transaction format for everyday employee management processes including payroll functions.

This course is vital for anyone wanting to know how to use the SAP system from a Human resources function and this does not require any prior experience of the use of SAP.

Once you have completed the training, you will go through a Job ready program that will allow you to experience interviews, learn industry concepts and speak to industry professionals. The SAP Consultant will also help you improve your CV and Cover letter if required, update your LinkedIn profile and run through mock interviews to attract the right level of employers for you.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

After completing this course, you will be able to:

Define organisational structures in Human Capital Management within SAP ERP and how to manage employee records in Human Capital Management.
Describe the basic business processes of Human Capital Management, define the Payroll processes, also discuss the key integration points with other SAP ERP processes, Identify the use and benefits of Employee Self Service (ESS), List options for reporting Human Capital Management information. Furthemore you will understand and learn about the Employee lifecycle maintenance and employee onboarding within the SAP ERP Software.

 

HOW DOES THE STUDY WORK

This course is as close as you can get to a traditional in-class option without breaking the bank. You have access to a dedicated SAP mentor where you can ask questions about the topics you are unsure about. Also, you will gain hands-on experience with the SAP software where you put the theory  you have learnt into practice for the 2 months.

You also receive and a hard copy book which is posted out to you so you can refer to it in future. Once you complete studying you will undergo multiple choice testing at the end of the training and on successful completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate in SAP Project Management - Job Ready Program.

HOW TO START LEARNING 

The course is offered through an online learning mode. The self paced online mode can be started and completed anytime during the course access duration which is 2 months. Once you Enrol, a Mentor will give you a call and run through an orientation program to ensure you are successful in your training and help you set up.

You will receive your login details via the email address provided on the enrolment form within 5 working days as we will be posting the books out to you and setting up access to the real life SAP system. You can also pick your own course start date. To pick you start date, please mention this on on the Enrolment form.
