This Job Ready SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) course is a entry level course for anyone in a plant/manufacturing or maintenance industry. This course will enhance your SAP System skills and will teach you how to handle the maintenance requests, logs of assets used in any organisation and allows efficient planning of production, renewal of assets and generation schedules. This course will look at how SAP integrates and provides interfaces to process control and SCADA systems. By the end you will know how to use the SAP System as a power user in a Plant maintenance environment.

Once you have completed the training, you will go through a Job ready program that will allow you to experience interviews, learn industry concepts and speak to industry professionals. The SAP Consultant will also help you improve your CV and Cover letter if required, update your LinkedIn profile and run through mock interviews to attract the right level of employers for you.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

List the organisational levels used in Enterprise Asset Management and Customer Service  and define the various organisational units in a Plant and Cross-plant Maintenance system and  Customer Service.

You will be able to define maintenance work centers and their role and functions in Enterprise Asset,  Management and Customer Service. You will know how to define functional locations  and identify functional locations using the structure indicator , define equipment, Identify the application of bills of material in Enterprise Asset Management, Identify and perform the phases of the Corrective Maintenance process, Identify the integration points with other SAP ERP modules, Understand the tools involved in analyzing maintenance history, Process reports using Plant Maintenance Information System , Identify and perform the phases of the Customer Service Order business process and Identify the integration points with other SAP ERP modules and much more.
