This MSP® Practitioner Certification is the second part to the full Managing Successful Programmes Qualification from Axelos. MSP Practitioner is intended for project, program, and business change managers who wish to use the MSP framework in real-world scenarios. Practitioner is a must-have credential for project and program management professionals who want to add value to their organisations and advance their careers.

With the MSP® Practitioner Certification, you will learn the seven principles that are the driving needs for achieving value from Program Management. The seven (7) themes assist businesses in identifying essential roles and responsibilities, as well as providing extremely practical recommendations on how MSP might be used based on the reasons for a Program. The seven (7) processes give a path through a program's lifecycle, with an emphasis on the incremental nature of a Program, allowing for a cyclical movement towards the intended final state and close out.

This course is self-paced, so you may learn whenever and wherever you want. You will be able to interact with your learning site and have an interactive learning experience as you will have all of the resources you need to pass the first time. Access to Mentors to help you through your studies, as well as practice exams to ensure you understand and pass the first time. You will receive the support to the final exam which is also included with this course.

Because you have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you may learn or accelerate at your own pace. If you have access to all of the material for a full year, you'll have plenty of time to get your certification.
